Since the 2009 introduction of Weintek's 16:9 full color widescreen HMI models, MT8070iH (7") and MT8100i (10"), these new models quickly became trend leaders in the market. Prior to this innovation, most competitors focused on 5.7" grayscale models and 10.4" displays with 256 colors. 

The ability to run the feature-rich and intuitive EasyBuilder8000 software gave the MT8070iH and MT8100i an outstanding competitive advantage. As a result, in a period of 5 years, Weintek products established themselves as the best-selling HMIs worldwide, and 7" and 10" touch screens in 16:9 format became the industry standard.

Being leaders, Weintek has not stopped pursuing even higher goals. During the last 5 years, the Research and Development team has tripled its capacity. In 2013, it introduced a new generation of 7" and 10" models, MT8070iE and MT8100iE. The iE Series is fully backward compatible with its predecessor. Furthermore, being equipped with a powerful CPU, the iE series offers a much smoother and more efficient operating experience as they are committed to constant innovation to continue to exceed expectations and maintain their position at the forefront of the industry.
